Civil Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Manage civil litigation cases as a defense litigator.

• Collaborate across various practice areas, including Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and General Liability.

• Perform litigation-related tasks, such as attending hearings, depositions, and trials.

• Engage in direct client interactions.

• Handle assignments with a high degree of independence.

• Contribute to professional development and mentorship in a supportive environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience.

• Licensed and authorized to practice law in the State of Arizona.

• Experience in civil defense litigation.

• Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive communication skills.

• Solid academic credentials.

• Demonstrated research abilities.

• Self-motivated individual capable of managing assignments with limited oversight.

• Collaborative team player.

• Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
