This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design public-sector scenarios that encompass extensive budget allocations, coordination among multiple agencies, and intricate regulatory or legislative review processes at federal, state, and municipal levels.

• Develop civic initiatives encompassing public policy analysis, delivery of constituent services, intergovernmental relations, public communications, and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Create public administration scenarios that involve government ERP/case management systems, public records platforms, GIS systems, and tools for managing constituent relationships.

• Implement public administration frameworks, including policy impact assessments, cost-benefit analyses, administrative rule creation, and models for stakeholder engagement.

• Generate reference policy briefs, agency strategies, and communications for executive and legislative purposes.

• Compose rubrics that differentiate genuine public-sector judgment from generic bureaucratic or textbook responses.

• Collaborate on initiatives aimed at training and enhancing AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a senior role within a federal, state, or large municipal government agency, or in a significant public policy, civic technology, or intergovernmental organization.

• Direct responsibility for agency programs, public policy projects, or large-scale constituent service delivery.

• Proficient understanding of government processes and tools.

• Knowledge of public budgets, procurement practices, legislative review, and regulatory compliance.

• Experience in authoring rubrics, public-sector training materials, or policy documentation is advantageous.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
