City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Expand the local business by acquiring new properties for management.

• Supervise the property portfolio, which includes cleaning, maintenance, guest check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Maximize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and manage the local network of service providers.

• During absences, delegate portfolio management to the ALB network using the Vacation System.

• Operate the city and its surrounding areas as your own enterprise.

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions based on their activities.

• Ability to work independently as a self-employed professional, backed by a structured network.

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or similar fields is advantageous; however, no specific industry background is necessary.

• Must hold a self-employed status.
