City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Expand the territory commercially by onboarding new properties for management.

• Oversee the operational aspects of the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, and Abritel.

• Coordinate and manage the local network of service providers effectively.

• Delegate portfolio management during absences utilizing the ALB Vacation System (Système Vacances ALB).

• Treat the local territory as your own business.

• Develop a portfolio of managed properties and enjoy contract buyback benefits upon leaving the network.
