City Manager – Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Expand the business in your region by onboarding new properties for management.

• Oversee the daily operations of the property portfolio.

• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and check-in/check-out services.

• Manage relationships with guests.

• Enhance revenue through effective yield management strategies.

• Ensure property listings are available on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and maintain a local network of service providers.

• Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during your absence using the ALB Vacation System.

• Optionally, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions based on their performance.
