City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local network representative in your city and its surrounding regions.

• Enhance local business by onboarding new properties for management.

• Supervise the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Maximize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Organize a local network of service providers.

• Delegate portfolio management during absences using the ALB Vacation System.

• Establish a portfolio of managed properties.

• Optionally recruit City Managers through sponsorship and earn commissions based on their activity.

• Status as an independent contractor or freelancer.

• Capability to persuade property owners and establish trust with them.

• Drive and ability to cultivate an independent business.

• Interest or experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.

• Aspiration to create a long-term recurring income.
