City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local network representative within the city and its surrounding regions.

• Expand the business in the area by onboarding new properties for management.

• Oversee the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out processes, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Establish and manage a local network of service providers.

• Delegate portfolio management during absences via the ALB Vacation System.

• Monitor property-owner requests and manage operations through the ALB platform.

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or other accepted industries.

• Strong motivation.

• Independence akin to that of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network.
