City Manager – Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local network representative in your city and nearby regions.

• Expand local business by securing new properties for management.

• Supervise the daily operations of the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Manage and coordinate the local network of service providers.

• Delegate portfolio management during absences using the ALB Vacation System.

• Build a portfolio of properties under management.

• Optionally, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Capable of persuading property owners and establishing strong, trust-based relationships.

• Background in real estate, sales, or any related field is beneficial.

• Possess entrepreneurial drive and independence.

• Aiming to create a sustainable, long-term income stream.

• Must have independent contractor status.
