City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Expand the local business by onboarding additional properties into management.

• Supervise the daily operations of the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out processes, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through effective yield management and multichannel distribution on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Manage a local network of service providers effectively.

• Delegate portfolio management during absences using the ALB Vacation System.

• Handle property-owner inquiries through the ALB platform.

• Potentially establish a team of City Managers via a sponsorship program.

• Must have self-employed status.

• Ability to persuade property owners and cultivate trust.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is advantageous.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Aspiration to create a sustainable, long-term income.
