City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local ambassador for the network within your city and nearby regions.

• Expand the business by bringing new properties into management in your locality.

• Supervise the property portfolio, encompassing cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out services, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Oversee a local network of service providers.

• Assign portfolio management responsibilities during absences via the ALB Holiday System.

• When suitable, develop a team of City Managers under your guidance.
