City Manager, Property Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local network representative for Andernos-les-Bains and its surrounding region.

• Expand the commercial territory by onboarding new properties under management.

• Manage the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through yield management and distribute listings across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Establish and oversee a local network of service providers.

• Delegate portfolio management during absences utilizing the ALB Holiday System.

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your guidance and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or any relevant sector is advantageous.
