Chinese Finance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more location.

📋 Description

• Develop original multiple-choice questions that focus on Chinese accounting and financial reporting subjects.

• Create realistic scenarios related to finance, accounting, auditing, assurance, and Chinese taxation.

• Construct credible answer choices that differentiate varying levels of technical comprehension.

• Offer clear and detailed worked solutions that elucidate the reasoning behind the correct answers.

• Generate exam-style questions featuring ten answer options for each question.

• Review finalized content to ensure technical accuracy, linguistic quality, and internal consistency.

• Adhere to specific project formatting and evaluation standards.

• Utilize professional expertise to aid in the development of an AI evaluation dataset.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a closely related field.

• Preferably 2+ years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, auditing, tax, or a related area.

• In-depth knowledge of Chinese accounting, auditing, and/or taxation.

• Native-level proficiency in Simplified Chinese.

• Educated in or currently residing in China.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficient written communication skills.

• Capability to formulate technically rigorous questions and clearly articulate complex reasoning.

• Excellent attention to detail along with the ability to work independently.

• Experience in professional education, assessment design, examination development, or technical content creation is a plus.

• Must refrain from using confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or third party.

• H1-B and STEM OPT sponsorship is not available.
