Child and Adolescent PMHNP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct video-based behavioral health evaluations with patients.

• Support with de-escalation and stabilization efforts.

• Gather readily available collateral information through phone or video interactions.

• Assess psychological and psychosocial dimensions of individual relationships.

• Deliver written recommendations for the subsequent level of assessment or care.

• Keep documentation updated within the partner site's EMR system.

• Ensure a therapeutic and safe environment.

• Provide observational insights within a multidisciplinary team framework.

• Uphold all necessary certifications and licenses.

• Offer remote services to patients seeking care from a Community Mental Health Center.

• Cater to patients aged 5 and older.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

• Possess PMHNP certification.

• Hold an active Illinois license.

• Have 2+ years of experience since obtaining the license.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with technology is essential.

• Excellent communication skills are required.

• A current and updated CAQH profile is strongly preferred.

• Private office space at home or another location to ensure confidentiality.

• Residency in the United States is mandatory.

• Must be legally eligible for employment in the United States.

• Required to maintain all necessary certifications and licenses.
