This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver virtual therapy services to children and adolescents aged 5 to 17+
• Conduct evidence-based therapy, including clinical assessments, diagnoses, case conceptualization, and treatment planning
• Create personalized care plans tailored to developmental, behavioral, emotional needs, and treatment objectives
• Implement measurement-based care by evaluating validated clinical measures and tracking progress
• Provide interventions such as CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, TF-CBT, PCIT, and others through virtual sessions
• Recognize safety issues, develop safety plans, and offer crisis intervention or escalation support
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, educational professionals, and other relevant stakeholders
• Ensure timely, precise, and HIPAA-compliant documentation within TimelyCare’s electronic health record system
• Uphold treatment goals and documentation standards in line with professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinical guidelines
• Utilize independent professional judgment in accordance with licensure, legal, contractual, and platform stipulations
• Valid and unrestricted independent clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor or an equivalent license (LPC, LCPC, LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.; LP/LCP as applicable)
• Authorization to provide clinical services independently within the relevant state
• Proficient clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, and active listening abilities
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and their families
• Capability to evaluate and address safety concerns, including crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning
• Valid U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not provided
• Associate or provisionally licensed therapists, school psychologists, and school counselors without a clinical therapist license are not eligible
• Preferred: experience in delivering pediatric or adolescent behavioral health services through telehealth, school-based programs, outpatient mental health, or community mental health settings
• Preferred: experience or certification in evidence-based pediatric and adolescent treatment modalities such as TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, PCIT, Parent Management Training, or trauma-informed care
• Preferred: understanding of family systems and developmentally appropriate clinical interventions
• Professional liability coverage for services provided through TimelyCare, subject to applicable terms and coverage conditions
• Potential partial compensation for qualifying late cancellations and no-shows

• Autonomy as a contractor regarding service availability
• Ability to provide virtual services from a home or professional office setting
