Chief Product Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the transformation and sustainable growth of the product portfolio.

• Enhance product profitability and reinforce unit economics.

• Boost LTV and conversion rates.

• Upgrade the overall product experience.

• Define the strategy for the core product portfolio.

• Identify the company's most significant product opportunities.

• Have a direct impact on company growth, revenue, and long-term competitive positioning.

• Hold decision-making authority regarding product objectives and direction.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and the leadership team.

• Develop the Product organization and assemble the team necessary to achieve the company's goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in CEO, Chief Product Officer, or comparable executive leadership positions within large-scale international firms.

• Demonstrated ownership of a product portfolio.

• Proven experience in crafting long-term product strategies.

• Achieved measurable results in driving company revenue and profit growth.

• Strong expertise in consumer technology, mobile applications, subscription models, dating, entertainment, fintech, or social media platforms.

• Experience leading multi-tier product teams, including product directors, product owners/P&L owners, and team leaders.

• Familiarity with high-load consumer systems, global audiences, and multi-brand product portfolios.

• Experience working across international markets.

• Proficiency in both Russian and English is mandatory.
