Chief Product Officer

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive product vision and roadmap encompassing casino, sportsbook, and games.

• Propel the PvP games roadmap, incorporating zero-edge prediction markets, real-world event betting, and skill-based formats.

• Conceptualize and launch original games, focusing on concepts, mechanics, mathematics, and delivery.

• Build and guide a product team as the organization expands.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure swift and accurate product releases.

• Leverage player behavior, data insights, and intuition to determine future developments.

• Rapidly eliminate poor ideas.

• Act as a reliable product advocate throughout the organization.

• Work directly with the founder to influence Duel's product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Chief Product Officer or in senior product leadership roles.

• Proven track record in creating original games, from concept to mechanics and successful launches.

• Proficient in game mathematics: RTP, variance, hit rates, and edge modeling.

• Extensive understanding of the gambler's mindset, preferably with a crypto-native background.

• Capable of building a team and function from the ground up.

• History of delivering products that achieve significant impact within tight timelines.

• Strong enough to advocate for ideas while also possessing the humility to acknowledge mistakes.
