Chief of Staff, Western Hemisphere

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Act as the main operational collaborator with the CEO for initiatives within the Western Hemisphere.

• Maintain awareness of ongoing projects, ventures, and consulting activities.

• Identify potential issues early and provide the CEO with comprehensive situational insights across teams.

• Assist in organizing and managing the Western Hemisphere team.

• Facilitate communication between leadership and operational teams.

• Monitor key initiatives and uphold accountability across various projects.

• Ensure that priorities in the Western Hemisphere align with execution in the Eastern Hemisphere.

• Convert strategic objectives into actionable plans across different time zones.

• Extract insights from both regions to enhance decision-making processes.

• Collaborate directly with the CEO on critical venture studio projects.

• Support the exploration of new ventures, consulting opportunities, and internal initiatives.

• Conduct research, analysis, and synthesis on emerging trends in AI enablement, automation, and technology-driven services.

• Design and refine internal workflows, reporting structures, and operational rhythms.

• Establish systems that enhance organizational clarity and speed of execution.

• Ensure that essential information is communicated efficiently between leadership and teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience at firms such as Deloitte, Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or comparable strategy/consulting environments.

• Background in strategy consulting, operations consulting, or product strategy.

• Outstanding analytical and communication abilities.

• Strong organizational instincts and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to quickly grasp complex systems and pinpoint leverage points.

• A strong inclination towards execution, organization, and follow-through.

• Interest in technology, markets, entrepreneurship, and organizational design.

• Ability to clearly synthesize information for leadership and teams.

• Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and in a rapidly changing environment.

• Enthusiastic about building companies rather than merely advising them.
