Chief of Staff to the CEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and implement systems that foster growth.

• Function at the confluence of the CEO, Growth, Sales, Solution Specialists, and go-to-market teams.

• Transform concepts and insights into scalable processes, campaigns, and validated opportunities.

• Take ownership of business challenges rather than merely executing a list of tasks.

• Assist in establishing and leading a new category within the Climate Tech sector.

• Contribute to Waterplan’s mission of expediting the transition to a water-secure future.

• Facilitate the growth of Waterplan’s AI-driven B2B Enterprise SaaS platform for comprehending, reacting to, reporting, and monitoring water risk.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior professional experience in roles such as Growth, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, Solution Consulting / Solution Specialist, Commercial Strategy, Chief of Staff, consulting, or comparable high-responsibility operating positions.

• Exceptional sense of ownership and a strong inclination to resolve problems independently.

• A commercial mindset with a keen interest in customers, market dynamics, and opportunity development.

• Capability to convert ambiguous situations into structured processes, systems, or workflows.

• Comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical operations.

• A proactive disposition.

• Ability to identify issues early, escalate as necessary, uphold high standards, and ensure accountability among peers.

• Strong communication skills and effectiveness in collaborating with senior executives, AEs, and cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in utilizing data and AI to enhance decision-making and execution.

• Sound commercial judgment, systems thinking, a strong sense of ownership, and quick execution.
