Chief of Staff – High Growth eCom, DTC Brands

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Safeguard the founders' time by assessing what requires their focus, what can be delegated, and what should be set aside.

• Convert company objectives and overarching ideas into actionable projects, designated owners, timelines, and quantifiable results.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration among marketing, creative, operations, customer experience, finance, and additional teams.

• Create operational rhythms encompassing leadership meetings, weekly priorities, KPI evaluations, and accountability frameworks.

• Recognize bottlenecks and facilitate decision-making and resolution processes.

• Develop and enhance SOPs, processes, dashboards, documentation, and internal systems.

• Monitor commitments and ensure the successful completion of projects.

• Perform research, analysis, and problem-solving to assist the founders and leadership in their decision-making.

• Enhance organizational structure, recruitment priorities, role clarity, and team accountability.

• Manage high-priority cross-functional initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience in comparable roles within an eCommerce or DTC company.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to grasp the reasoning behind priorities.

• Outstanding project management and organizational capabilities.

• Skillful in handling multiple priorities at once.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, business metrics, and performance data.

• Ability to question assumptions, pose challenging inquiries, and hold senior team members accountable.

• Highly resourceful in navigating ambiguity, generating recommendations, and advancing projects.
