• Lead projects focused on AI transformation with clients.

• Oversee fundraising initiatives for funds or clients.

• Manage investment funds effectively.

• Collaborate with CEOs at client organizations.

• Drive sales initiatives at Human Agency.

• Work closely with recruiting to support team growth.

• Serve as the CEO of a venture studio company.

• Oversee the delivery of client projects.

• Leverage data and analytics to create value for clients.

• Spearhead go-to-market strategies for clients.

• Tackle and resolve ambiguous, high-stakes issues that don't fit neatly into any department.

• Navigate between strategic tasks like board preparation, investor materials, and business development, and hands-on execution tasks such as scheduling, research, and client emergencies.

• Utilize AI tools on a daily basis to enhance productivity.

• Proactively identify opportunities, inefficiencies, and potential threats.

• Manage your responsibilities independently without the need for constant oversight, coaching, or check-ins.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in high-performing settings such as management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or startup leadership roles.

• Proven track record of navigating complex, ambiguous initiatives and driving them to successful completion.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable briefs tailored for various audiences.
