📋 Description

• Lead AI transformation initiatives in collaboration with clients

• Oversee fundraising activities for funds or client projects

• Manage investment funds effectively

• Supervise CEOs within client organizations

• Propel sales initiatives at Human Agency

• Collaborate with recruiting to facilitate team growth

• Act as CEO of a venture studio company

• Oversee the delivery of client projects

• Create value for clients through data and analytics

• Spearhead go-to-market strategies for clients

• Tackle and resolve ambiguous, high-stakes challenges that span across departments

• Navigate between strategic tasks, such as board preparation, investor presentations, and business development, and operational execution, including scheduling, research, and addressing client concerns

• Utilize AI tools daily to enhance productivity

• Proactively identify opportunities, inefficiencies, and potential threats

• Operate independently and generate value without the need for constant supervision

• Builder mentality; must provide evidence of having developed something and include proof of AI-related work in the application or cover letter

• Generalist with expertise across various domains

• 5–7+ years of experience in high-performing settings such as management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or startup leadership roles

• Proven success in executing ambiguous, complex initiatives to completion

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into concise, actionable briefs

• Dedication to ethical practices and responsible business operations

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

• Willingness to travel occasionally (10–25%)

• Strong preference for availability during EST business hours

• US applicants must be ready for full-time employment; Canadian applicants must be open to working as independent contractors
