📋 Description

• Oversee AI transformation projects in collaboration with clients

• Spearhead fundraising initiatives for funds or clients

• Manage investment funds effectively

• Supervise CEOs within client organizations

• Propel sales initiatives at Human Agency

• Collaborate with recruiting to facilitate team growth

• Act as CEO of a venture studio company

• Oversee the delivery of client projects

• Enhance value through data and analytics for clients

• Lead go-to-market strategies for clients

• Tackle and resolve ambiguous, high-stakes challenges beyond defined departments

• Navigate between strategic tasks like board preparation, investor materials, and business development, and ground-level execution such as scheduling, research, and addressing client emergencies

• Utilize AI tools daily to enhance productivity

• Proactively identify opportunities, inefficiencies, and potential threats

• Independently manage work without the need for constant supervision, coaching, or regular check-ins

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in high-performing settings such as management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or leadership roles in startups

• Proven success in navigating ambiguous, complex initiatives to completion

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable briefs for varied audiences

• Mission-oriented operator dedicated to Human Agency’s values and vision

• Self-sufficient problem solver capable of working independently

• AI-first mindset with the ability to leverage AI as a force multiplier

• Builder mentality; applicants must provide evidence of something developed with AI as part of their application or cover letter

• Generalist with a broad range of expertise across multiple disciplines

• Commitment to ethical practices and responsible business operations

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Preference for availability during EST business hours

• Willingness to travel occasionally (10–25%)

• Advanced degree or education from a prestigious program is a plus
