📋 Description

• Spearhead AI transformation initiatives in collaboration with clients

• Oversee fundraising activities for funds or client projects

• Manage investment funds effectively

• Supervise CEOs within client organizations

• Propel sales strategies at Human Agency

• Collaborate with recruitment teams to expand the workforce

• Act as CEO of a venture studio

• Ensure successful delivery of client projects

• Leverage data and analytics to create value for clients

• Steer go-to-market strategies for clients

• Tackle complex, high-stakes challenges that span departmental lines

• Alternate between strategic tasks such as board preparation, investor materials, and business development and hands-on execution activities like scheduling, research, and client management

• Utilize AI tools daily to enhance productivity

• Proactively identify opportunities, inefficiencies, and potential threats

• Operate independently without the need for constant guidance, coaching, or regular check-ins

• 5–7+ years of experience in high-performance settings such as management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or startup leadership roles

• Proven track record of completing complex and ambiguous initiatives

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Skilled at distilling intricate information into coherent, actionable briefs for diverse audiences

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

• Commitment to ethical standards and responsible business practices

• Preference for candidates located in major technology hubs

• Strong preference for candidates available during EST business hours

• US applicants must be full-time employees; Canadian applicants must operate as independent contractors
