📋 Description

• Spearhead AI transformation initiatives in collaboration with clients

• Lead fundraising activities for both funds and clients

• Oversee management of investment funds

• Supervise CEOs within client organizations

• Propel sales strategies at Human Agency

• Collaborate with the recruiting team to facilitate team growth

• Act as CEO of a venture studio

• Manage the delivery of client projects

• Enhance client value through data and analytics

• Direct go-to-market strategies for clients

• Tackle and resolve ambiguous, high-stakes challenges beyond departmental limits

• Alternate between strategic activities, such as board preparations, investor presentations, and business development, and operational tasks like scheduling, research, and addressing client concerns

• Regularly utilize AI tools to boost productivity

• Proactively identify opportunities, inefficiencies, and potential threats

• Handle responsibilities autonomously without continuous supervision

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in high-performing settings such as management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or leadership roles in startups

• Proven track record of successfully driving complex, ambiguous projects to completion

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to distill complex information into concise, actionable briefs for diverse audiences

• Mission-oriented operator aligned with Human Agency’s values and vision

• Self-sufficient problem solver

• AI-first mindset with the capacity to leverage AI as a performance enhancer

• Builder mentality; must include evidence of a project developed with AI in the application or cover letter

• Generalist with experience across various disciplines

• Commitment to ethical standards and responsible business practices

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Strong preference for alignment with EST business hours

• Full-time commitment required for US applicants; Canadian applicants should work as independent contractors
