Chief of Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the operating rhythm for the leadership team.

• Facilitate the agenda for executive meetings, offsite events, and board preparations.

• Address ambiguous yet crucial issues from identification to resolution or delegation.

• Oversee special projects that encompass Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives.

• Prepare board presentations, company-wide communications, and updates for investors.

• Translate intricate technical advancements into understandable narratives.

• Foster alignment among Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

• Detect and mitigate silos or friction points within the development cycle.

• Collaborate with the CEO during fundraising efforts.

• Manage the data room and engage with investors.

• Assist in crafting compelling fundraising narratives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience, preferably in a fast-growing startup, a prestigious consulting firm, or venture capital.

• Experience in founder-led settings is highly advantageous.

• Proficient in discussing model accuracy, human-in-the-loop systems, and the shifting threat landscape.

• Possess a high degree of agency with a low ego; capable of functioning without a predefined playbook.

• Embrace a General Manager mindset with a genuine sense of ownership.

• Ability to communicate effectively with senior engineers and Tier-1 investors.

• Competent in leading high-stakes meetings and performing in-depth research.
