Chief Legal Officer (Volunteer)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer legal guidance to the Executive Board and specialized departments regarding association matters.

• Assume responsibility for the articles of association, regulations, and the drafting of resolutions.

• Provide legal assistance for submissions made during legislative processes.

• Evaluate contracts, partnerships, and publications.

• Oversee academic support and the management of consumer complaints.

• Collaborate with external legal advisors as needed.

• Deliver continuous legal support to the association, ensuring the integrity of its regulations and official communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Legal education, preferably including the Second State Examination or professional admission to practice.

• Experience in association law, civil law, or public law.

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong judgment, particularly on politically sensitive matters.

• Dependable adherence to deadlines.
