This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the product strategy and vision for Dil Mil.

• Establish and prioritize the product roadmap informed by market research and business goals.

• Oversee product development from initial concept to final launch.

• Mentor and manage product managers, designers, and engineers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product delivery.

• Evaluate product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive enhancements.

• Utilize data-driven insights to inform product upgrades, updates, and optimizations.

• Refine product features based on user feedback, market dynamics, and emerging trends.

• Increase sales and visibility of Dil Mil, a dating application for the South Asian community.

• Foster community engagement and brand recognition through innovative campaigns and offline events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a Chief Product Officer role within a B2C product or as a CEO/Founder of B2C startups.

• Proven success in developing B2C products with Daily Active Users exceeding 100K.

• Proficient in business intelligence and analytical tools such as Amplitude and Leanplum (CleverTap).

• Prior experience in UI/UX design.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to prioritize tasks based on their potential impact.

• In-depth knowledge of product development processes, agile methodologies, and best practices in user experience design.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative startup environment.

• Experience in establishing, developing, and managing high-performing teams.

• Capability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
