This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital, data, and AI strategy that aligns with Veralto’s growth objectives.
• Position data and AI as essential components for enhancing business performance, customer satisfaction, and competitive edge.
• Create governance and prioritization frameworks for making strategic investments.
• Define and spearhead an enterprise AI vision focusing on productivity, process transformation, customer value generation, and innovation in products and services.
• Oversee the deployment of AI/LLMs and advanced analytics throughout the organization.
• Ensure responsible governance of AI, uphold ethical standards, and facilitate scalable implementation.
• Lead the simplification and modernization of a complex, multi-ERP Oracle ecosystem.
• Promote platform standardization, create enterprise systems and architecture roadmaps, and drive digital adoption.
• Collaborate with OpCo Presidents and leadership teams to integrate digital strategies into commercial planning, product development, customer experiences, and operational processes.
• Oversee digital and IT integration for acquisitions, enabling synergies through technology.
• Ensure the establishment of a secure, resilient, and scalable global technology infrastructure.
• Direct the strategy for cybersecurity, governance, and risk management.
• Optimize IT operations, vendor relationships, and outsourced services.
• Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board.
• Provide actionable insights regarding digital strategy, cybersecurity, and technology performance.
• Ensure accountability and measurable ROI from digital investments.
• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in digital, data, AI, and enterprise technology transformation.
• Proven expertise in leading enterprise transformations within decentralized, multi-entity global organizations.
• Demonstrated capacity to transition digital and IT from a supportive role to a key driver of business value and growth.
• Strong, evidenced track record in enterprise transformation, execution of AI and data strategies, Oracle ERP implementations, platform modernization, M&A integration, and capturing technology-enabled value.
• Ability to influence at the CEO, Board, and executive leadership levels.
• Strong commercial insight and a solid understanding of how technology fuels growth, margin expansion, and customer value.
• Proven talent leadership with experience in building and scaling high-performing teams.
• A history of influencing and driving alignment among diverse, autonomous business units.
