Chef de rang

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belize.

📋 Description

• Oversee the setup of tables and the service for breakfast and dinner.

• Contribute to the team's responsibilities and operations in the dining area.

• Take orders, attend to guests, and pay attention to details.

• Support the hotel's needs by providing breakfast and in-room service.

• Prepare the dining area for all requested services.

• Work as a Rotating Chef de Rang for the winter season 2026/27 at the main restaurant of Hotel Cappella.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hospitality education.

• Excellent command of both Italian and English.

• Knowledge of the German language is preferred.

• A good understanding of wines.

• Experience in 4-5 star hotels.

• Strong communication and management skills.

• Customer-oriented approach.

• Ability to work in a team.
