Channel Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design and architect security services in collaboration with partners, utilizing CrowdStrike's Falcon platform, with an emphasis on Cloud Security and intricate CI/CD pipelines.

• Formulate platform adoption strategies and assist partners in developing comprehensive security solutions.

• Aid in the technical go-to-market strategy and foster growth with designated focus partners.

• Create and implement long-term enablement strategies for go-to-market initiatives.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with partner technical and sales leadership teams across Endpoint, Cloud, Identity, AIDR, Data Protection, and NG-SIEM.

• Empower partners to integrate the Falcon Platform into managed services portfolios, which includes EU Sovereign Cloud deployments.

• Design technical integrations with partners’ security services and complex hyperscaler environments, such as Kubernetes and CNAPP frameworks.

• Develop and present technical training programs centered on Cloud Security, ASPM, CSPM, and Workload Protection.

• Guide partners towards achieving technical self-sufficiency in service delivery and platform implementation.

• Enable partners on best practices for POC/POV and offer guidance on competitive positioning.

• Engage in quarterly business reviews and technical planning sessions.

• Drive technical partner programs, including the Falcon Champions initiative.

• Facilitate communication between partners and CrowdStrike technical teams.

• Represent CrowdStrike as a technical authority at conferences and partner events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, and Technical Presales with prominent cybersecurity vendors.

• Robust background in cloud security and zero-trust architectures.

• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes implementations.

• Hands-on experience using Infrastructure-as-Code engines and automated cloud configuration tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

• Familiarity with sovereign Cloud Platform Providers and their technologies.

• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale security solutions.

• Working knowledge of SIEM/XDR, data pipeline solutions, and SOC operations.

• Technical proficiency in endpoint protection, identity management, cloud workload security, and CNAPP solutions.

• Strong competitive intelligence and capability to position Falcon Cloud Security effectively.

• Experience with API integration and workflow automation.

• Understanding of threat intelligence and incident response methodologies.

• GTM-focused, business-oriented, pipeline-driven Solution Architect mindset with a train-the-trainer approach.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for both technical and business audiences.

• Ability to cultivate and maintain technical relationships at all organizational levels.

• Self-driven with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel regularly within Europe and occasionally globally.

• Fluent in German and English is required; additional languages are advantageous.

• Preferred industry certifications include CISSP and SANS.

• University degree (Diploma/Masters) in a technology-related field focused on IT/Cybersecurity.

• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.
