This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist channel management and field sales teams with the setup, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance of channel partner accounts.
• Process requests from channel partners and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
• Coordinate the consolidation, acquisition, and termination of channel accounts.
• Maintain partner agreements, exhibits, addendums, and related documentation.
• Address inquiries received through the Channel mailbox.
• Manage systems and databases related to channels.
• Keep updated channel contact information and distribution lists.
• Oversee the compliance processes and documentation requirements for channel partners.
• Ensure channel partner records are maintained within compliance management systems.
• Act as a liaison between Channel Relationship Managers and compliance stakeholders.
• Assist with updates to agreements and policy revisions in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Conduct and organize periodic compliance reviews while communicating updates.
• Generate and sustain recurring reports for channel activities.
• Review channel data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor channel metrics and support departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Help with reporting for global and regional channel initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing channel processes, policies, and operational efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, Credit, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and procedures related to channels.
• Contribute to change management and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Participate in global channel programs, workshops, and planning activities.
• Assist in the regional execution of global channel strategies.
• Track and report on channel performance metrics.
• Engage in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation for channel initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in channel operations, sales support, business operations, customer support, compliance, or a related area.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in supporting channel partners, distributors, or indirect sales organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with compliance, contract administration, or managing partner agreements is preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting, or business management tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives is preferred.
