This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist channel management and field sales teams with the setup, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance of channel partner accounts.
• Handle requests from channel partners and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Coordinate the consolidation, acquisition, and termination of channel accounts.
• Maintain partner agreements, exhibits, addendums, and related documentation.
• Address inquiries received via the Channel mailbox.
• Manage channel-related systems and databases.
• Keep channel contact information and distribution lists up to date.
• Oversee channel partner compliance processes and documentation requirements.
• Ensure channel partners are maintained within compliance management systems.
• Act as a liaison between Channel Relationship Managers and compliance stakeholders.
• Assist with updates to agreements and revisions to policies in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Conduct and coordinate periodic compliance reviews while communicating updates effectively.
• Generate and maintain regular channel reports.
• Review channel data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Track channel metrics and support departmental key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Aid in reporting for global and regional channel initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance channel processes, policies, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, Credit, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and procedures for channels.
• Contribute to change management and continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in global channel programs, workshops, and planning activities.
• Assist in the regional execution of global channel strategies.
• Track and report on channel performance metrics.
• Take part in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation for channel initiatives.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in channel operations, sales support, business operations, customer support, compliance, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow up effectively.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in supporting channel partners, distributors, or indirect sales organizations.
• Familiarity with compliance, contract administration, or partner agreement management.
• Experience with CRM, reporting, or business management systems.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
