Change Order Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and enhance the skills of Change Order team members through training sessions, individual meetings, and continuous feedback.

• Oversee daily operations and delegate tasks to guarantee the timely execution of Change Order procedures.

• Evaluate team performance and ensure that daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives are achieved.

• Address escalated issues, technical difficulties, and patient grievances.

• Assess team metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.

• Supervise quality assurance measures and the accuracy of documentation.

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, regulatory standards, and company compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with other departments to address patient concerns and streamline workflows.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement and implement necessary corrective measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of management experience is necessary.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential.

• Experience in managing workflows, performance metrics, and team priorities is required.

• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are important.

• A dedicated and quiet workspace free from distractions is necessary.

• Reliable high-speed internet suitable for call center operations and communication systems is required.

• A professional, camera-ready appearance during virtual meetings is expected.

• Excellent time-management, accountability, and self-management skills are essential.
