This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Assist in maintaining and supporting the enterprise change management strategy.
• Develop and sustain the change management framework and toolkit for Nightingale Education Group.
• Utilize established methodologies like Prosci ADKAR and Kotter, suggesting modifications as necessary.
• Spearhead change management initiatives for institutional projects, designing and implementing plans specific to each initiative's scope and risk assessment.
• Evaluate change-related risks and resistance, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
• Execute change impact and readiness evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PMO and Operational Excellence, to facilitate structured and well-timed launches.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and address adoption gaps through focused action plans.
• Provide change management assistance for smaller initiatives as workload permits.
• Equip Functional Leaders with essential change management principles, tools, and practices.
• Foster enterprise capability development through coaching and skill enhancement.
• Report change adoption progress, stakeholder sentiment, and readiness status to leadership and the Ops Council.
• Create and maintain stakeholder maps and sentiment-tracking dashboards.
• Develop change communication materials, including executive updates, leader toolkits, and FAQs.
• Success is measured by the change adoption rate, department leader readiness and enablement, stakeholder sentiment, and the utilization of the framework.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related area, leading change for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Familiarity with a structured change management methodology, such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter.
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or CCMP certification is required, or an equivalent recognized certification.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, with a proven track record of developing clear messaging and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to convert adoption data and readiness metrics into actionable insights.
• Experience in higher education or another highly regulated, multi-stakeholder setting is preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
