CG Project Finance Modeler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and sustain intricate financial models for infrastructure and project finance transactions.

• Assist in advisory projects related to corporate finance, investment banking, and structured finance agreements.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders based in Australia to produce high-quality financial analyses and modeling outputs.

• Ensure that financial models are viable for financing, refinancing, and investment decision-making.

• Perform scenario analyses, sensitivity tests, and valuation evaluations for infrastructure initiatives.

• Aid in deal execution across Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), infrastructure assets, and large-scale financing setups.

• Convert project documents into organized financial models and outputs for stakeholders and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the Philippines.

• At least 5+ years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 advisory (Deals / Valuations / Modeling), or roles in infrastructure/project finance.

• Strong foundation in project finance advisory and corporate finance modeling.

• Proven track record of building bankable financial models utilized in actual transactions.

• Significant exposure to infrastructure projects and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs).

• Advanced Excel modeling capabilities with a keen attention to detail and precision.

• Solid understanding of project finance structures, debt sizing, and cash flow modeling.

• Experience in collaborating with international stakeholders, ideally supporting markets in Australia or APAC.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced, client-oriented environment.

• Must be able to align with Australian business hours, approximately 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Required to disclose any ongoing roles or client commitments.

• Must indicate this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor.”
