CFO, Business Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable financial advisor for around 30 law firm owners.

• Assist business owners in gaining insights into their financial status.

• Enhance cash flow and boost profit margins.

• Provide guidance on pricing strategies, hiring practices, and growth initiatives.

• Identify avenues for improving profitability and overall financial health.

• Establish enduring relationships with law firm owners.

• Convert financial data into actionable business insights.

• Encourage owners to reconsider their perspectives and assist in navigating challenging business decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of CFO-level financial leadership experience.

• Proven experience advising small to midsized business owners.

• Background in working with businesses typically within the $1M–$35M+ revenue bracket.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing profitability, margins, pricing strategies, cash flow, or overall financial performance.

• Proficient in financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

• Capability to translate financial data into straightforward, actionable business recommendations.

• Confidence to challenge an owner's perspective and assist in making tough business decisions.

• Must be a resident of AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Previous experience as a fractional CFO or managing multiple client relationships is advantageous.
