CFD Engineer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct training and assessment of AI agents for advanced fluid simulation tasks.

• Utilize CAD geometry to configure and execute simulations.

• Develop verified reference solutions.

• Implement Python checks to validate agent results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline such as energy or oil & gas.

• Several years of practical industry or research experience in CFD using OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX, or STAR-CCM+, with a focus on meshing.

• Strong skills in verification and validation, including conducting mesh-independence studies and benchmarking against experimental data.

• Proficient in Python and familiar with GitHub.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Preferred: background in aerospace, automotive, offshore, or turbomachinery.

• Preferred: experience with multiphase or particle-laden flows.
