Certified Workday Scheduling Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct comprehensive Workday Scheduling implementations from start to finish

• Set up and execute Workday Scheduling features in alignment with business needs

• Collect requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, and convert business needs into practical solutions

• Work collaboratively with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to guarantee successful implementation

• Carry out system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues

• Assist with data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment processes

• Offer insights on Workday Scheduling best practices and implementation strategies

• Ensure that project deliverables adhere to quality standards and implementation schedules

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid Workday Scheduling certification

• Should have led a minimum of three Workday Scheduling implementations

• Strong practical experience with Workday Scheduling configuration and deployment

• Demonstrated capability to independently lead implementation activities

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to work effectively in a remote consulting environment
