⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Residential Appraiser License (Mandatory).

• A growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and evolve alongside the company.

• Capability to work independently while remaining receptive to feedback and process enhancements.

• Excellent analytical skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in appraisal software and market research tools.

• A professional and communicative demeanor.

• Licensed/Certified Appraiser in the specified areas of West Virginia.
