This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

• Certified Residential Appraiser License (Required).

• A growth-oriented mindset—enthusiastic about learning, adapting, and evolving alongside the company.

• Capability to work independently while being receptive to feedback and process enhancements.

• Strong analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in appraisal software and market research tools.

• Professional demeanor with effective communication skills.

• Willingness to work within the Detroit area and surrounding suburbs, including Ann Arbor and nearby communities, Lansing and the greater mid-Michigan region, or Traverse City and the Northern Michigan area.
