Certified Residential Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Deliver accurate and well-supported valuations for residential properties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Residential Appraiser License (mandatory).

• A growth-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and evolve alongside the company.

• Capability to work independently while being receptive to feedback and process enhancements.

• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in appraisal software and market research tools.

• A professional demeanor with effective communication skills.

• Availability to work in Cook (specifically South Cook), DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Lake, McHenry, Will, Winnebago, or Boone areas.
