Certified Public Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Analyze, organize, and refresh financial records

• Conduct regular in-depth audits of financial documents, expenditures, and investments

• Reconcile credit card, bank, cash, and spending accounts on a daily basis

• Establish financial accounts as required

• Supervise ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable and receivable

• Collaborate with Tax Accountants to monitor tax payments and returns

• Regularly oversee bookkeeping activities

• Safeguard the confidentiality of company financial information

• Ensure vendor accounts are current across the organization

• Administer inventory management

• Handle purchases from China

• Deliver financial reporting, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in a relevant discipline

• Demonstrated work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Preferably experienced in accounting/finance, specializing in the US Accounting System

• Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements

• Driven to exceed expectations while working independently

• Ability to adjust to changes and maintain a “can-do” attitude

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, and related tools

• Experience in the Procurement and Logistics industry is advantageous

• Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent

• At least 4.00 GB RAM

• Windows 10 or Mac OSX; Linux, Unix, and other operating systems are not eligible

• Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher for both primary and backup connections

• Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port

• Webcam with a minimum of 3 megapixels and 720p recording capability
