Certified Personal Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct personalized fitness training sessions with clients either at their residences or other designated venues.

• Create tailored exercise programs that align with clients’ fitness levels, aspirations, and preferences.

• Offer continual support, motivation, and accountability throughout the clients’ fitness journeys.

• Track client progress and modify training plans as necessary.

• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and the significance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

• Cultivate a positive and encouraging atmosphere for training.

• Maintain professional and effective communication with clients and the GYMGUYZ team.

• Deliver convenient, personalized, and creative workouts at locations chosen by clients.

• Operate independently, scheduling sessions close to the trainer’s location and timetable.

⛳️ Requirements

• A nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).

• CPR/AED certification.

• 1-2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness is preferred but not mandatory.

• A genuine passion for assisting clients in achieving their fitness objectives.

• Strong understanding of exercise techniques, anatomy, and nutrition.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to motivate and inspire clients.

• Reliable transportation along with a valid driver’s license.

• Flexible schedule, including availability during evenings and weekends.

• Ability to commute to and from clients; travel is generally within a 30-minute radius.
