Certified Medical Assistant, Korean-Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a panel of up to 225 patients, offering monthly care and support through phone and electronic communication under the guidance of a physician.

• Conduct structured health assessments and adhere to patient care plans.

• Document all patient interactions electronically, including notes and reminders for follow-ups.

• Generate electronic alerts and notify physicians or nurses according to established clinical protocols.

• Onboard patients and provide Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and/or Chronic Care Management (CCM) services.

• Review and prioritize alerts from remote monitoring.

• Collaborate with the extended care team to coordinate patient care.

• Maintain and update patient care plans.

• Assist patients in reaching their health objectives.

• Operate under the general supervision of the 1bios client physician and/or nurse while utilizing the 1bios platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Korean.

• Must be legally eligible to reside and work in the United States.

• Required credentials include Certified Medical Assistant / LPN / LVN.

• Proficient in using computers, software, and remote technologies.

• Exceptional verbal, phone, written, and electronic communication abilities.

• Capability to work remotely and independently outside of a conventional office setting.

• Must have a designated workspace that is free from external noise and ensures strict privacy to protect patient confidentiality.

• Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) or Chronic Care Management (CCM) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Available to start approximately 2 weeks after accepting an offer.

• Comfortable in a dynamic, high-volume, phone-based outreach environment, making approximately 30–70 outbound calls daily.
