Certified Home Health Aide

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver personal care, bathing, and hands-on assistance as required.

• Timely completion of visit documentation in accordance with Agency protocols.

• Inform the RN about any changes in the patient’s condition and needs.

• Execute household services that are vital to healthcare in the home as designated.

• Facilitate patient ambulation and exercise as instructed.

• Assist with medications that are typically self-administered, as directed.

• Carry out simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, including range-of-motion exercises.

• Offer personalized and coordinated home healthcare to enable patients to maintain their independence at home.

• Operate under the guidance, instruction, and supervision of the Registered Nurse.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold Certified Home Health Aide credentials in the state where the agency operates.

• Current BLS Certification is required.

• A minimum of one (1) year of healthcare experience in settings such as Home Health, Hospice, or Long Term Care.

• Reliable transportation is essential.
