Certified Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Become a member of the educator pool and utilize the educator portal to identify job openings that align with your certification.

• Deliver the school's curriculum through the district's virtual platform.

• Create lesson plans that are in line with the class curriculum.

• Cultivate creativity and enthusiasm within the virtual learning environment.

• Engage and support student learning using thoughtful, relationship-driven strategies.

• Monitor and record student grades and performance.

• Participate in district professional development sessions and faculty meetings.

• Collaborate with the in-class facilitator who is physically present with students.

• Adhere to the school district's calendar.

• Complete the application process prior to placement; immediate start dates are contingent upon available positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid and active South Carolina Teacher Certification is required.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• At least 3 years of experience as a professional educator.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

• A laptop or desktop computer is required.

• Webcam is necessary.

• Headset is required.

• Reliable internet access is essential.

• Willingness to participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration.

• A background check must be submitted as part of the application process.

• Previous online teaching experience is advantageous.
