Certified Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Choose assignments via the educator portal that correspond with your certification.

• Deliver the school's curriculum using the district's virtual platform.

• Create lesson plans that are in line with the class curriculum.

• Inspire creativity and enthusiasm within the virtual learning environment.

• Engage and support student learning through thoughtful, relationship-driven approaches.

• Monitor and record student grades and performance.

• Participate in district professional development sessions and faculty meetings.

• Collaborate with the in-class facilitator who is physically present with students.

• Provide virtual instruction and assist students in completing their courses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must possess a current, valid teaching certification issued by a USA state.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator is required.

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is necessary.

• Access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet connection.

• Willingness to participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration.

• A background check must be submitted as part of the application process.

• Previous experience in online teaching is an advantage.
