This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish the vision and strategic roadmap for the Verified Luxury Certifications portfolio.
• Create and oversee certification product roadmaps and enhancement initiatives.
• Discover opportunities for new credentials, specialization pathways, and continuing education offerings.
• Track industry trends, learner feedback, and certification performance metrics.
• Suggest strategic enhancements to bolster program value and market relevance.
• Manage the comprehensive certification experience from enrollment to credential attainment.
• Supervise certification governance, standards, processes, and documentation.
• Coordinate certification launches, updates, and future program expansions.
• Ensure uniform learner experiences across all certification offerings.
• Propel ongoing program optimization and operational excellence.
• Oversee the development and upkeep of certification exams, study guides, learning resources, and candidate preparation materials.
• Ensure certification content is accurate, defensible, up-to-date, and aligned with program objectives.
• Prioritize content updates and assist with exam maintenance and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with LMS and technology teams to enhance the learner journey and platform functionality.
• Optimize workflows for enrollment, onboarding, assessment, and credentialing.
• Provide strategic direction for the certifications community ecosystem.
• Work alongside the Community Lead on engagement goals and community initiatives.
• Oversee continuing education opportunities, webinars, masterclasses, industry thought leadership, and professional development experiences.
• Monitor learner retention and ongoing engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with Learning Products & Services, Instructional Design, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders on learner communications, engagement journeys, and retention campaigns.
• Support go-to-market readiness with internal sales and partnership teams.
• Communicate updates on the certification roadmap and program enhancements to stakeholders.
• Track and report on certification performance metrics.
• Analyze learner behavior and engagement trends.
• Develop recommendations based on data and feedback.
• Create visibility into program health, growth opportunities, and strategic priorities.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, learning and development, education, certifications, or related fields.
• Experience in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
• Experience collaborating with various stakeholders and business functions.
• Preferred: Experience with certification, credentialing, or assessment-based programs.
• Preferred: Experience managing educational products or learning portfolios.
• Preferred: Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Preferred: Experience with LMS platforms and optimizing learner experience.
• Preferred: Experience with community engagement or membership-based programs.
• Preferred: Background in hospitality, luxury service, professional development, or workforce education.
• Preferred: Experience working with data, reporting, and performance analytics.
