This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop and sustain account profiles for each designated Authorized Treatment Center (ATC).
• Establish and nurture business relationships with senior account leadership, Thought Leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for ATCs and collaborate with Autolus colleagues to create a seamless interface.
• Identify stakeholder requirements and work with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Quality to formulate solutions.
• Coordinate Autolus operational tasks, including site qualification, site setup, and patient treatment.
• Oversee compliance-related activities, including regular audits.
• Provide clinical guidance to clinical staff.
• Supervise patient treatment-area activities to ensure adherence to Chain of Identity as per SOP protocols.
• Evaluate therapy performance and develop and implement strategic account plans to promote appropriate utilization.
• Educate ATC stakeholders on Autolus therapies and communicate approved messaging and clinical data.
• Offer Medical Affairs feedback and insights from interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Support professional meetings by staffing exhibits, reporting on scientific sessions, and facilitating meetings with Thought Leaders.
• Communicate account trends, therapeutic landscape changes, industry issues, and business opportunities to management.
• Engage in grassroots advocacy and engagement activities within the region.
• Operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Identify, communicate, and manage site-specific symposiums and clinical opportunities related to aALL and CAR-T.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with extensive experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in haematology/oncology diseases with a solid understanding of the treatment landscape.
• Proven track record of successful account management in large accounts.
• Demonstrated success in CAR-T Oncology Account Management within both academic and non-academic environments (preferred).
• Experience with the launch of 1 or more CAR T Products in the US (preferred).
• Established history of leading cross-functional teams and creating B2B opportunities (preferred).
• Experience in garnering customer insights and driving operational changes (preferred).
• Strong clinical comprehension of cell therapy and capability to manage complex treatment logistics.
• In-depth clinical expertise in haematology/oncology, aALL disease and treatment, Immunology, and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation.
• Strong skills in brand differentiation.
• Ability to appropriately access and manage business information in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and/or Autolus policies.
• Capacity to operate in an environment with minimal direction and achieve outstanding results.
• Significant overnight travel required.
