CDS Surveyor, Level 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform CDS inspection surveys according to client specifications.

• Complete necessary training prior to conducting unsupervised surveys.

• Implement health and safety protocols while adhering to method statements, work instructions, and risk assessments.

• Work in collaboration with the management team to comprehend and fulfill project deliverables and quality standards.

• Engage in pre-project program reviews to align on workload outputs and quality metrics.

• Conduct CDS surveys within client timelines and quality expectations.

• Take part in regular audits covering 1% of CDS surveys.

• Foster open and honest communication within the team.

• Participate in structured site interactions and actionable feedback.

• Provide support to colleagues and contribute to a positive, collaborative work atmosphere.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent map orientation abilities.

• Competent in using Apple products, especially iPads.

• GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade C or higher).

• Experience in a relevant field or industry.

• Understanding of the specific sector and associated regulations.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Committed to following health and safety protocols, method statements, work instructions, and risk assessments.

• Eagerness to undergo thorough training before undertaking unsupervised surveys.
